Spotlight Mask Animation

In this tutorial, you will learn how to create your own spotlight in Flash. This spotlight will follow your cursor around on the stage, revealing whatever is underneath. This effect is achieved using a circular mask that is tied to the position of your mouse cursor using setInterval. Sound complicated? Well, it’s not.
